Wisconsin First Detector Network (WIFDN)

Welcome to the home page for the newly created Wisconsin First Detector Network (WIFDN). The goal of WIFDN is to empower members of the public to take action against invasive species by providing training and volunteer opportunities. Participants will receive training through a combination of prerecorded videos, interactive online sessions, and in-field volunteering projects. The cost of registration is $30, which grants access to interactive online training sessions and access to hands on training opportunities. It is recommended that participants test their browser compatibility by following the instructions on  the Trainings page. Upon completion of the training portion, participants will be asked to complete at least 24 hours of volunteer work during 2014. For more information and to register, please click: WIFDN
